About Clabby Electric

Zach Clabby has been working in the electrical trade since he was in high school, starting as an apprentice and earning his Journeyman license at just 21 years old. Over the next 15+ years he worked for several electrical contractors on a wide variety of projects — kitchen and bath remodels, custom new homes, mixed-use apartment complexes, commercial retail spaces, schools, and data centers.

In 2019, Zach founded Clabby Electric LLC in Waterloo, Iowa, focusing on residential and commercial service work, remodels, and new construction. His approach was simple: work closely with homeowners and smaller contractors, understand their vision, and deliver quality work that meets their budget and schedule.

In early 2025, after 40 years in northeast Iowa, Zach made the move to Southwest Florida — bringing that same work ethic and commitment to craft to Lee and Collier Counties. Whether it is a kitchen remodel in Naples or a luxury smart home on Fort Myers Beach, Clabby Electric brings big-project experience to every job, no matter the size.
